Glam 'N' Glossy Policies

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Glam 'N' Glossy experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, We will charge 30% of the appointment, we will also require a deposit to book in again in the future.

Running Late?

Glam 'N' Glossy is an appointment based salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting. So please try not to arrive later than your appointment time. You will be charged a no-show fee if we don't have time for the appointment if you get here too late as we can't fill that appointment time so late! We also ask that you not turn up too early as we may be in the middle of an appointment and won't be able to get to you. unless you've called ahead and let us know that you're running early! You might also not be able to wait in the salon if we are busy as we only have a small premises, so try and keep it as close to the appointment time as poss!
